How can I order online?


Once you've selected a product, simply add it to your shopping cart and click “Order.” In the next step, fill in all the required fields for delivery and payment. We offer the following payment options via Payfast: Credit Card and Instant EFT. Please note that your payment method cannot be changed after the order is placed.


What happens once I've placed my order?


You will receive the following emails:

  • Order receipt and confirmation
  • Notification when your order has been collected by the courier
  • If you haven’t received these emails, please check your spam folder. Please note that we do not send notifications via SMS.



Can I cancel my order? If so, how do I proceed ?


In rare cases, it may be possible to cancel your order after payment but before the goods are shipped. To do so, please contact our customer service team at customercare@bumbo.co.za. Once orders have been handed over to our logistics partner, they cannot be cancelled.


Can I change my order afterwards?


In general, completed orders cannot be modified. However, if you wish to change the colour of a product, please contact our customer service team by email as soon as possible.

I have a problem with my product bought on the Bumbo Online Store


A product can be returned within 6 (six) months from the date of delivery by sending an email to customercare@bumbo.co.za to report the problem and make the necessary arrangements thereafter.


Upon processing a request for the return of defective goods, Bumbo SA will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Should the collection address be different to the original delivery address please ensure that this is noted clearly when logging the return. Once the product has been inspected and the return has been validated by Bumbo SA, they will repair, replace or refund the value of the invoice to you.


Before logging a return please ensure that it is indeed covered by the terms of our Limited Warranty.


If you return a product that does not comply with this Returns Policy, You may be held liable to reimburse Bumbo SA for the courier and related costs of collecting the product from and returning it to you.


What is not regarded as a defect and will not entitle you to return the alleged defective product:


  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, misuse or user abuse of the product;
  • damage arising from failure to take adequate care of the product;
  • damage arising from alterations to the product;
  • damage arising from failure to use the products in accordance with the usage or care instructions that relate to the product.

What are the shipping costs?


We offer free shipping on orders over R400 to all major cities and regional areas in South Africa. Orders delivered to outlying areas may incur an additional shipping fee.


How long is the delivery time after I have placed my order?


Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days for main city centres and 5–7 working days for outlying areas, calculated from the date of courier pick-up.

How can I return an article?


If you do not like an article, you can return it to us free of charge. Please note that only completely original packed and unused goods can be returned within the scope of cancellation.


How long does my return take?


It can take approx. 14 days until a return is credited.

As soon as the return is credited, you will receive an e-mail about the credited items.


When will I get my credit refunded?


Credit will be refunded in different ways depending on the chosen payment method.


I received the wrong product at delivery. How do I proceed?


Please contact our customer service by email to customercare@Bumbo.co.za or via the contact form.


I have received a damaged item? How do I proceed?


In this case you have of course the possibility to complain about the article. To do so, please send us a short description and photos of the damaged item by email to customercare@Bumbo.co.za, stating the order number and item number. We can then check the further procedure.
